I am looking forward to the new season. I genuinely like all 3 characters and I am excited to see how the author develops them from here on out. Some things I am interesting to have unroll more is:1. Jo’s and his dad’s conversation on how Jo was scared to skin the rabbit but was able to do it in the end .More than hinting that he’s a little cray cray like other speculate, it’s hinting that even when scared he comes in clutch? I feel like the author didn’t put this in unintentional, it will definitely play out more in the new season along with the revolver. Jo’s dad saying “ remember there is only six bullets” and how easy it is use with just one hand. I feel like Jo will definitely be involving himself in gang related stuff.2.Ian’s underling; Ian liked the innocence that his underling carried, which is something he lost, so seeing him lose it and become just like him and TJ made him lose hope. He also came to really care for him because of this. (I feel like this innocence is what initially attracted him to Jo)“ so watching him change was that more painful” “ He was prepared to do anything to protect what he had gained …and was swallowed up like the others, no one can escape this darkness” I feel like Jo stepping into the darkness that Ian has lived in will have some correlation to this. Will Jo lose his innocence or will he remain the same while still protecting what he loves.I believe Jo changing would really break Ian. He already believes he is the cause of TJ and his mom’s misfortune so I don’t believe Jo will become like TJ and Ian….I hope. Maybe Jo is what will make Ian realize that you can escape the darkness once you’ve dipped your toe in it.He’s already come to realize things that he was never aware of with Jo.Like the flower shop, what a family is like and getting back things he lost as a child. I also love how their color panels in the later chapters were brighter and warmer. 3. TJ and Ian’s relationship. I don’t want Ian to end up with TJ but I am excited to see how their relationship will play out . Their relationship is really complex . Ian has stated what they feel is no longer love but basically trauma bonding. I feel like they could only heal going their separate ways and coming to an understanding that they will always care for one another but it’s best to not be together or TJ leaves the gang life and does some major redemption. But I don’t see TJ leaving his gang. He stated it with Big Boss that he poured 20 years of his life into the organization, it’s who he is now and it’s his legacy. That is what’s stopped him from pursuing things further with Ian. Because Ian is his weakness and it would interfere with his goal. Just like his newest one. Which is why he sold the house and why has kept his distance with Ian. But now with the whole fiasco with Ian this might change TJ’s plans. I also hope he doesn’t die because of the big boss’s daughter. Ugh the wait is grueling!! Can’t wait!
