I think the red flag is the protagonist though. I think he's done something. It doesn't excuse whatever messed up crap is going to happen to him but I'm getting bad vibes.
Oooh imagine they're both red flags. That would be a plotwist for sure. Honestly I have no clue what to expect. The story is barely just starting and has been showing very little of their past. Even sleepyhead is very mysterious still. So many questions that are yet to be answered.
The story's got me clutching my and pearls and simultaneously kicking my feet. I'm worried, but they're also very cute together.
