Female knights did exist IRL, though very rare & many records has been lost. So they aren't all that muscular either. But to be lean muscular is important, besides having agility & strength. Knights and warriors needs to be fit

I’m really not complaining but if he’s as great knight as said then at least the author should have given him some muscle, lean muscles but muscles because how can there be a knight who’s all skin and bones as him again I’m not complaining but the whole knight scenario seems forced
