Their feelings were always mutual tho. Do you mean pushing a relationship? Cuz gangster dude was always interested in him but thought if he kept him close that would harm blonde dude, so the more he cared for someone (outside of the group) the more he avoided them.
Blonde dude definitely stayed as close as possible even if that specifically was unwanted, so you can definitely fault him for that.
To be honest I didn't like it , to push your feeling into him like that was a turn off for me I find him selfish I just don't like the blond guy
