I think the old guy definitely was responsible because he created that organization, I'm not sure if Seunghyun was responsible too though. But imo if he also ran the organization at one point and didn't think it was anything bad and didn't use his power change anything either, then he is also responsible for yuta's situation back then. I guess we will have to watch but so far I'm on yuta's side
