    I think it's cause of the color and shi, since vampires are u know white and oale as fck the artist/author prob made it that way lolll it wasn't executed well tho since they look like worms or something

    Nope the human side piece of shit got the green vein too so it’s not a vampire thing. It’s an artistic choice
