I don't think it's was mental stuff per se. I thought it was general location and events happening real time. So if any of the Owens go to a OB clinic. He may know about it.
I think even asperier didn't knew he was pregnant. Or maybe I'm just coming to that conclusion because all the old school movies that I watched with my parents announces pregnancy by showing the mother get nauseous.

That is probably also true. Basically they’re all interconnected, emotionally mentally physically in some aspects/even if not 100%.
They can hide things temporarily if Main Owen is too far distance wise and if Main Owen is mentally occupied with something (Smex with Nux) but eventually the memories will transfer to Main Owen. This is how Army Owen was able to kidnap Nux before because Main Owen was too occupied with smex with Nux.
So it seems he's pregnant. I don't remember.. Did they ever say they can hide things from the original Owen, especially when in a close range?
