The FL turns out to be an omega after all. Her sick sister is the one who is a beta and had been acting like an omega to protect the FL.
There were a lot of other spoilers, but tbh I didn't pay attention to them, as this was enough for me to give up on reading this.
Will she end up being an omega like her twin sister? Because if she will then I will just drop it - it sparked my interst because I thought she's be a beta.
