You can try reading it on this site online or downloading... like I said, the translation was a little rough that's why I was looking for a second opinion from someone else that might of read it lol...but I'll drop the link here... and wish you luck.

Some things seem a different from the novel but I could be wrong... the translation was a little off... and I only read up to Seolu 's kidnapping and Doha rescuing him... but they left some things out like why Doha was covered in blood in the first place bc I guess his parents tried to induce his rut and stick another omega with him or some thing?
