Tianxia means under the sky literally. So tianxia no 1 is basically saying they're the number one in existence (under the sky). I'm assuming their world has a ranking system in terms of strength and so she has the title of number "one"
okay seriously why are they called tianxia number everything? Is it a ranking or a name?? but other than that I like the story. I really like that she finally ran into number 2. I'm betting he's the love interest.
