What kind of difference does it make to her that she'd have grandchildren if she can't even maintain a healthy relationship with her children first? Most likely, she would hardly ever see them anyway.
How dare she speaks of joy of having children? When she didn’t do anything to protect either of her children from her husband’s homophobia and obsession with superficial sense of immorality via producing grandchildren and furthering the bloodline. What empire does her husband have which permits him to dictate their children’s lives?
Just birthing children is not enough. You have to love them even when their life trajectory doesn’t follow what you want. Just because she is soft-spoken timid housewife dominated by her husband doesn’t mean she didn’t hurt Morigana.
