I wouldn’t call this crossdressing. I think it’s very misleading that it’s labeled as such. Because then you think that she’s disguising as a men, which whoever read this, knows it isn’t true as she suffered a lot because she’s a woman.

gender-bender probably not the right genre, but can be used as a tag. so it's not completely wrong since mangago doesn't have separate tag for something like this
