Go to the person's profile.
Scroll down to the very bottom of the user's profile page.
You’ll see a block button.
Mgg block button isn't your typical block button
1. You both can still see each other’s posts, but the blocked person cannot comment directly on yours.
2. Indirect interaction through others is possible. If A, who hasn't been blocked by you, replies to your original post and the blocked person B responds to A's reply under your comment, it creates an indirect interaction.
There is no point in blocking here you can still see the person
