When the doctor sticks his fingers in his mouth and shoves it all the way back into his throat and gags, when you gag the type of saliva that’s created is different. It’s thicker and slick, like lube as opposed to normal spit. I’ve been meaning to draw smth like that for my own OCs for years and just put it off/couldn’t figure out how to illustrate it. But bc I know this I feel like that’s exactly what the artist drew here. They fucks. I have never seen someone draw that specifically in a BL before. Not have I seen actual foreskin in BL.
