The og mc is the one who brought fl to this world and is controlling things. The reason why was revealed in the first chap itself, because she wants the fl to suffer and struggle to survive the same way the fl made her characters struggle. How isn’t shown yet.
That dude is just a weirdo. He wants to figure her out because she changed a lot in just a single month (ex diff handwriting, diff dominant hand, diff manner of speech) He thinks it’s fun, and his curiosity drives him. Plus, he noticed something weird about og mc and fl just basically confirmed that she’s involved, so he wants to figure that whole thing out as well.
