well i went and read the novel and the spoilers were pretty accurate for the parts i dont like. more power to you if you like those types of plot twists but the 1 2 combo of shitty fl life and then deep betrayal from ml is not my cup of tea.
Did you read all the chapters? Some of the things mentioned in the spoilers are not accurate at all. Tbf they both betrayed each other to certain extent. Is just that the FL is milder in reactions in comparison to how he does. It's expected of him to react like that because his character is drawn as someone who's volatile. This is what FL understand about him too.
