Did you even read the plot?

ML told the FL to drop out of the training multiple times. They're training to become secret agents. Despite gender you never know what the enemies will do to you, your body and your mind. They will torture the agents, ripp off their psychi and physically destroy you. Now think about female agents. Why do you think they have to go through this exhausting training? Because in the past agents have been caught and tortured so the military had to step up their game. Our Female lead is not a weak mumbo jumbo and expecting the ML to act nice is so out of the plot situation. They even train to sleep around with other people to get information out. They will do anything in the power for their country. You guys need to accept the plot and then comment on the SA part.

I agree, but it depends more on the intention of the author. Do they want readers to get off on this? Does the author romanticize it? Guess we’ll just have to see how it’s portrayed.. a lot of hetero smut doesn’t have consent, so I think people have the right to have low expectations here.

As a reader it's very important to take these stories as just stories. If someone wants you read a healthy plot this is not it. I guess it already has a novel. I'm someone who doesn't read SA plots I wouldn't even spare a glance at them but certain plot like this is unique and interesting. The SA here is different but it is still SA because the FL doesn't give her consent. Now we as readers wants a real world where men would treat women better and erase SA however putting such expectations on an already existing novel is stupid. I understand what everyone is commenting on and they are entitled to their opinions but I'm just giving them another perspective to ponder on Rather than dwelling in a narrow minded aspect of their reality

Ofc, it’s just a story. But again, if it’s drawn or portrayed romantically, it’s wrong period. Sure the SA could be realistic for the plot! But it’s how it’s portrayed that matters… we’ll see!
