Well, this is an SM and top is obviously a dependency DOM (the kind that wants their partner to be 100% dependent on them and unable to do anything on their own including the most basic functions such as bathing, eating, etc.) but it's downplayed in here with just some suggestions to it in Seme's overall attitude. A lot of people struggle with that trope because it goes beyond regular SM and affects the life even outside of sexual situations.
