The mermaid did not kill her mother it was something else. The father just was making a comparison.
ik i read it i never said she did. i said that the mermaid ended up GETTING her mom killed, i was not saying that she personally killed the mom because the mermaid killed the sailors in the past too at least that is what is to be assumed as of right now but i feel like there might be some plot twist where we find out it wasn't the mermaid that killed the sailors in the past
rosie kind of dumb like ik she's hot but jeez survival skills are nowhere, the mermaid killed those sailors and ended up getting her mom killed and now her dad too plus he was doing all this cause it was either the mermaid or him and his daughter though i fully understand that it's the townspeople's fault at the end of the day
