this feels like a very realistic yaoi gangster psychological slice of life story, does that make sense?

Baek Ho's a psychotic gang leader, and he likes Haesoo bc of his defiance. but this isn't a romantic thing, it's very much about control. Haesoo's character is basically a sweetie (doormat) who would do anything for the people who care for him, so he obv wouldn't put anyone in danger when he knows Baek Ho was on his tail. knowing Abi, that fucker probably didn't do anything more than the bare minimum to get Haesoo's loyalty; which means Haesoo doesn't have education or money to get away. The only thing he could do realistically do in this scenario is go back to Baek Ho and somehow live the rest of his life till Baek Ho tires of him.

I don't like the story, but it makes sense.
