There's one theory from the comment section states that, Jay isn't seeing Owen's memory but instead seeing the future just like Owen. Remember when Arthur asked Jay if "Will it rain tomorrow?", maybe because Arthur knew that Owen has a power to foresee the future or something. Kinda interesting plot. So therefore, maybe the sweet moments that he saw as well the tragedies, wasn't Owen's memory but the future. （/TДT)/

I live for this kind of angst. But this kind of plot is tricky to execute, wonder how the story is gonna make us believe that Arthur really loves Jay
