After much thinking, I think he has ptsd from loving his mom lol. The thing is, dae dae is not his mom and bare his entire feelings for him, consistently. At the very least he should say something like idk what I want or feel but I know you matter a lot to me. Something like that which will give him some time to deal with his trauma. He never specifically say this to Won Dae which is why I understand why it's so frustrating for Won Dae. He didn't ask a lot. He just wants to know if he needs to let go of the relationship or not. That's all.
I still don't understand why he refused to acknowledge his own feelings. He went through all the hassles and was so desperate. Probably not desperate I guess cause if he did, he would have replied to Won Dae's confession.
