Literally like I think manta must work their translators into the ground cuz no way they’re making mistakes like this if they’re not under a tight deadline. One time they called Xin “she”. Ts pmo icl also dont say that it’ll be a sad ending they haven’t even had a chance to be happy yet this WILL end happily (im snorting massive amounts of copium)

if they do, I wish the worst on them. I understand the difficulty with deadlines but if that means waiting longer for a proper translation, I’m more than willing to wait. It’s fucking ridiculous to use ai or google translate between languages that have relatively no correlation between each other. So much context gets lost

literally like fuck it ill learn korean and work as a volunteer atp i need this series to have a good translation its so well written it deserves it. unfortunately since this series isnt very popular it doesnt make much money for manta so they dont put much effort into the translation im just glad its the sort of mistranslation thats just misspellings mostly. a lot of good stories (especially manhuas) have translations that literally make no sense. im trying to look on the bright side i truly am also im gonna be fr i didnt even notice the misspellings that early on i only noticed it in the later chapters LOL ur a lot more observant than me
I'm sorry, I have to point this out even though I'm on like chapter 18. The little grammer errors and slight misspells are actually pissing me off. I had to take a break after reading "Find any books your liked?" I could just ignore it but I'm annoyed and I don't wanna BLAH BLAH BLAH. The story is amazing though! I adore Xin and like Lau. Honestly though, I desperately want this to end with a sad ending. This just seems like perfect tragic fuel. I love it.
