Yeah Bliss is full of red flags and is manipulative and doesn't communicate. Also we can't forget how he dated over 180 women. Even if it was "to test himself" or for a contract, why would he so such a thing, especially in front of Jin... Norman is straight forward, present and can mess around but at least does so openly without mind games. He's a perfect complimate to Jin's need for stability and simple love.
