yea i'm pretty sure its the one who didn't come out of the portal. this might be a spoiler and completely wrong but i think i read somewhere that the gaia system told him to stay back to protect everyone from the portal
is it just me or does the guy walking through the portal in the prophecy not look like Seo or Kwon? the hair or the silhouette isn’t flat like how Seo or Kwon’s would look like from the back. tbh it looks like the missing guy??? maybe it’s not a prophecy but a flashback to what happened to him on that day?
