Spoilers below I guess
ML’s dad attacked him/nearly killed him and then ran off (which is why ML is all bruised). ML tried to catch up with him but dad got hit by a truck and died. ML was also hit and concussed causing his memories to go all whack, so he keeps hallucinating that HE killed his dad during their tussle. Because he was attacked/involved in the traumatic accident he has ptsd, but because he ?believes? he attacked/killed his dad (even tho he’s been told what really happened), he’s refusing to open up to anyone, inc Seoan (mc) about it. Seoan suspects that Woowon was attacked by the dad based on inconsistencies in his injuries, but since Woowon refuses to mention it, and there were no security cameras/witnesses, he’s at an impasse with trying to figure out what really happened that day
