I told you guys it gets ridiculous. Imagine a rapist and their intended victim or someone else fights back and hurts them and than what they charge the victim with assault cuz they hurt their would be rapist? Like what does the fucker say? "There i was just trying to do a rape when they went crazy! They started hitting me and knocked me down and kicked me! I was scared for my life! I want go file charges for assault!" And that works? Again I don't know the laws, but I hope it's just a dumb thing done by the author

So they are leaving when psycho ex starts thinking that it's unfair that Garam is happy, that means of course Garam never suffered at all and the ex is the real victim, yes he is delusional too. So he thinks it's not right Garam is happy, picks up a beer bottle and goes to hit Garam in the head with it and Jaehyuk sees and steps in front protecting Garam and gets hit in his head. Don't worry no stupid amnesia but he does have a cut above an eye and hat it hit just a little lower he could have seriously damaged and even lost sight in the eye. Of course the police are called With like dozens of witnesses. But here is where things gets stupid, at the police station the two tell a cop what happened thinking the ex will be charged but the cop says Garam will be the one charged with assault for kicking the guy who just tried to assault him with a bottle and apparently that somehow means the ex assault becomes invalid, so they end up having to settle, like wtf? Idk if it's a Korean law or just written in a dumb way or what cuz that pisses me off.
