She is literally putting his dick inside of her while he is bound and saying no. Your definition of rape describes it pretty accurately. I've not read past ch 3, so I'm not sure if the later chapters are consensual, but even if they are, that doesn't detract from the fact that the first time was rape.
Also, yes, I've read worse. But at least I've not lost the ability to differentiate what consent is.
