definitely. from the beginning he has always been the type to not pursue his interests since he never had the comfort of doing so, and with seo-an he's one of his first 'indulgences' and his upstart on the world so his people-pleaser personality + his anxiety over being abandoned = always watching and staying by seo-an's side to make sure he doesn't leave him (? i guess)
Beside his current heavy trauma, he's also afraid that the person he loves deeply won't be able to handle him and eventually get tired. He's always been the type to keep his struggles close his chest to a fault. Good thing seo-an's pretty supportive and caring but I guess maybe woowon somehow thought, "until when?" Maybe it's me overthinking that part of projecting but it's just my thoughts.
