Is she pretending to be stupid or is she really that clueless?

I was just about to say. For a lady to be so indepth with etiquette, propriety and politics, she is so inept with the obvious and the subtleties that both men are expressing.. it makes me frustrated.. it's like she lost her common sense in the span of two years.. (-_-)

Omg yes, and I genuinely hope this doesn't affect her relationship with her husband, after trying so hard to get along.
