In my opinion, the "Hounds" are the townsfolk, since Guwon refers to them as "puppies" from time to time. Like that one time Guwon was crying and told Jinwoo he "felt like his favorite puppy kicked dirt in his face then ran away". Guwon is Sisyphus, and all the people in his town are his hounds! Plus the author used Hounds (plural) instead of just Hound (singular). I'm that weirdo that is writing theories about Guwon being Sisyphus - I just find the whole thing so damn interesting! (Shameless insert of one of my theories here... https://www.mangago.zone/home/mangatopic/18958516/)
In the mythology, I believe Sisyphus cheated death twice, got cocky, then got punished by the gods (that rock up the hill). Is Guwon the “hound” of the gods and the village those who escaped death? What does that make Teach? I keep changing my mind we very weak haha. Very interesting premise!
