whats that one BL manga about this guy who has a weird fetish or type for people who are in pain, like covered in bruises and scars. in his childhood he had a crush on the girl in the playground who was getting abused, and in highschool he liked & dated this girl who was always getting bullied and harmed herself but he broke up with her because she started to regain her healthy body back and he didnt fw that. i wanna find this manga so i can clown on it bc it's lowk bad imo
