It’s possible he got injured and suffered a hemorrhage and amnesia. I take all of what those two say with a grain of salt but it is possible he actually did suffer from a seizure since those can happen randomly for someone and then never again.
I don’t trust Lister or Lysbet at all. They are both super sketchy in their own ways. I really don’t think Sylhan is even suffering from a mania. He seems to have suffered a concussion or something and they are keeping him drugged to keep his memories at bay. Hopefully Gjord is someone who really can help our boy
