I don't know in this case, depends on what kind of health issues the artist has, if an operation is needed etc.
It's not that the manhwa won't be finished, since this is an adaption of an already completed novel, but if the artist is replaced by another most likely the art style will change, so let's hope for a fast recovery of the artist.
