That usually happens when it's the bot doing it and not an actual uploader just try using other sites
not all sites load in some places. they are blocked from some wifi's. even if you're using your own computer. Also, there are sites that aren't very friendly, they spam you with ads even if you have logged in and those ads cause viruses. hate to be a debby downer, but these are the truths of dealing with some sites. mangago is one of the few sites, that once you log in you don't get the ads and there for don't get viruses.

and also like just wait for awhile. once someone picks it up , the translations are usually good. the stuff you're saying is when bots upload it and no one is picking it up. you can contact uploaders if you're so desperate to read smth
i get spelling issues, i get translation issues. it comes with the translating from one language to another. been there done that. what i find the most annoying thing in the word is when people upload either chapters of the wrong manga or just forget the chapters all together. 1.1 and go to 2.1...what happened to 1.2? or 1.5 whatever order your putting them in?? or they upload 2.3 where's 2.1 and 2.2?? hello??? MIA chapters? we really want to read you!!! and please don't rant at me about this all being free. for some of us, this costs us in gas to get to a place to pay for the wifi use at the location. because it's still cheaper than paying for wifi at home. also, some of us find that some of these are so good, we do go out and buy these in book stores one we see the whole story. just to make the our hearts feel happy.
but when chapters are MIA, i drop the stories like hot potatoes and that means i don't go out to buy them, so the author doesn't get any money.
