Me thinks that he was created by a rich person that used to live in that exclusive neighborhood ready for self sufficiency cause they KNEW the apocalypse was coming somehow and they created with said virus or illness that made people into the creatures they are rn cause they're not exactly zombies like the ones we're used to. And he made Guwon to just be the perfect soldier who can fight but also a leader that could lead others like him maybe like his own unit of ppl like him. Or just people in general. So he has adverse reactions to task he wasn't "meant" to be able to do like kissing = throwing up and having sex = nosebleeding!
