It’s so nerve-wracking waiting for their updates. I feel so in the dark with Gjord’s plans and worried about Sylhan who is in enemy’s lair. Every time lister appears I just want to st@ngle him like there’s no tomorrow.
I suspect Gjord is leading a coup d'etat and that Ida is actually using an antidote to reverse the effects of the other sorcerer's medication which I think was damaging Sylhan's brain and memories, hence the name of the title, but also in a more metaphorical and expanded sense I think it refers to Gjord being the antidote to all the bad shit happening to Sylhan.
