is the novel finished? + when do we start getting romance between the two?

I'm currently reading the novel, and the romance takes its time (i still haven't seen much of that from our mister Cheon Seju
Pls remember how each of the characters view the other, it makes sense that it would take a very long time for romance to develop

I understand! I like it more when things are really really slow, I’m asking BECAUSE of how the characters currently view each-other. i cant picture a switch between them, but I know it’s eventually bound to happen. thankyou for letting me know!
