She was severely bullied. Her brother was too busy so she probably didn't want to burden him. Poor soul couldn't handle it anymore and just ended it
And the sad part was he was busy making enough money to provide the best for his sister....

Yep he studied medical for making money... And become doctor only to see his own death body of his sister in his hospital. understandable why he was busy yet he blames himself lifetime.
how EXACTLY did his sister die. all i remember reading is that seju kept working too much and she was left alone.
