Yeah, I totally agree with you. I feel like what they’ve done can’t just be forgiven and forgotten. The stuff she went through was real and it means more when she doesn’t forgive like every other female villainess would in stories.

No they started first, They were cold to her first, They are the one who never took her side, never believed her, never noticed how the staff were treating her.
And the list goes on and on, her attitude is only the result of the way she was treated.
