Not everything has to be fed to readers. Her "stop" clearly doesnt mean stop bc she likes when he keeps going. I read it more like "stop omg i feel so good" rather than "stop i dont like that".
I feel like this is also backed up by him actually stopping in the most recent chapter and her saying "i dont like that" and him changing it up.
