We all know most historical Manhwa docs doesn't have some high materials to perform operational duties on patients as well as during our historic period.
So it got me wondering how they managed the urinary system.

In a deep sleep or coma, the body's ability to regulate fluids and electrolytes might be impaired. The person may still produce urine, but their bladder might not contract properly to release it, leading to:
1. Urine retention
2. Potential bladder distension.
Since modern time now has Medical professionals who often use catheters to manage urine drainage in such cases to prevent complications... I wonder the olden time managed such situations.
