in the novel, seyoon and the brother are both like "damn, forgot he was pregnant" cus sunwoo is so stupid that it just overtakes everything else. sunwoo eats a lot, sleeps a lot etc. and this kinda annoyed both the brother and seyoon, cus like, they were stressing like hell but then bro was out here eating and sleeping well. But they literally say themselves that they forgot he was actually pregnant and that was literally the reason he was always sleeping n eating.
