Hmm?...let me guess from 1st: So ML somehow managed to use the power of the wish pearl, to keep MC by his side for years. With the MC having fragmented memories & looking disorientated & confused. ML must have manipulated & brainwashed him. If that's the case, then did that ML grew up being Yandere?
