Seems like he just doesn't want to be explicit abt it but based on the cut on his stomach and his past that has been currently revealed, he must've been experimented on/drugs tested on him when he was younger and an orphan.
I think he has like a type of egg with drugs inside like mc (but in the stomach not the ass cuz he was a child), but the "egg" broke and the body absorbed the drugs
