There was no rape stuff but it's pretty smutty. It's been a long time since I read this too but I remember the uke (Candy/Sihyun) was a spy tasked with approaching and getting close to the seme (Hajun/professor) with the aim of getting his father's research papers.
Later, Candy and his colleague (Uno, who also liked Candy) came to know that the organization is actually doing some shady work. So they betrayed the organization by finding and keeping Hajun's father. They worked to destroy anything related to him I think.
