I think it's less of a heat to get pregnant and more of a heat because of the pregnancy like pregnant people do get an incress of sexual desire because of the significant hormonal changes during pregnancy both estrogen and progesterone hit a peek during the second trimester witch is what our mc is in rn. Tho some hit a high and incress libido some get a low
Strange question, but why do you even get in heat when ur already pregnant? The purpose of heat is to ensure pregnancy, sex could hurt the baby or mom if not careful and could even in worst case kill the baby, sorry just wondering but I guess omegaverse is too fictional for logical questions xD
