in the last two chapters, when the blonde dude is drunk he sees a girl that looks like yeon and thinks thats her when in reality seo yeon (our fl) is lady yeon. the dude js has it mixed up, in the last panel where he says i definitely wont let u go this time and it shows the girl and lady yeon, you can see that the freckles on her face are slightly different. yeon being one below her right eye and on her left cheek and the other chick being on her right cheek and left cheek. but lady yeon is seo yeon our fl. if thats what ur asking anyway
