Agree with you he is better than most of the MLs. He didn't rape or SAed but he is such an asshole to the point it is frustrating. His words towards mc annoys the hell out of me. MC just accepting and being a pushover is also annoying. Like bro speak up when he is telling those harsh words. But story is kinda interesting to me. I wanna know what happened to mc in the past and also curious about that man.

The comments are making this story out like as though the top is murdering and torturing the bottom, when it's not even NEARLY as toxic as more than half of the BLs out there. The top isn't even homophobic, he has trauma from male guides but the commenters like to ignore that for some reason.
So many BLs out there with actual rape and abuse, and this manga doesn't have any of that (for now at least, but you don't have to read it if you're afraid it might). People are also spreading misinformation about the story in the comments.
So if you want to read this story, just read it and don't let exaggerated comments dissuade you from doing so.
