Juno the cousin attempted to rape Suhan, but failed because Suhan fight back and stab him in the torso. Suhan didn't catch his face, only the pheromones (that's why he felt sick when Juno touched him). Since that incident happened at the Seosang house, he assumed that the rapist was Yeonseo, since he obviously likes him and the only alpha around.
Now before the accident, Suhan was having this thoughts that maybe his assumptions was wrong, so he went to the Seosang house to get the vase he used to stab the rapist and do some dna test.
